New Pool Construction

We’ve building pools locally since 1972, and remain the longest-running pool contractor in the Jupiter and Hobe Sound area to present day. Experts in technical builds, our team is focused on continuing education and innovation, always looking for exciting new ways to improve their build process and achieve new design and function elements. In addition to our attention to craftsmanship, we also focus on the usability factor of the pools we design and build. We want to build pools people will enjoy and use, so at the start of our design process, we’ve learned how people will use the pool, what features they’d like to have, and their priorities. We aim to provide a pool that truly fits the owner’s lifestyle.

Pricing for new pool projects typically begins around $80,000 (including a standard size pool and deck with automation). Pool and spa projects typically start at $100,000.

Renovations

As an experienced licensed contractor, we know what it takes to bring a pool up to date from the inside out, leaving you with a beautifully renewed project that most importantly – functions well for years to come. Whether you need a simple resurfacing, or a complex structural renovation, your pool is thoroughly inspected to address any issues that may need to be addressed. Additionally, our priority is to address any safety concerns, modifying your pool to make it as safe as possible for you and your family.

For simple renovations, including resurfacing and retiling a pool with minor updates to drains and other components to bring your pool up to the latest safety standards, most projects are priced between $15,000-$35,000 depending on finishes selected and the size of the pool and/or spa. When updating the entire outdoor space, including the deck – you’ll likely end up between $35,000-$70,000, again depending on the finishes and upgrades selected. Larger projects, like adding a spa, modifying pool walls, or adding a water feature, will typically include all new finishes, a new deck, and upgrades to equipment. Typically these projects will start around $100,000.
